R&g tail tidy on SDR

Hi, I picked up a r&g tail tidy yesterday to fit to the sdr but it didn't go too well last night. Firstly , I couldn't get the tidy between the akrapovics . 2nd , once I had taken the pipes off to fit the tidy the holes towards the back of the tidy didn't line up with the holes on the bike.
Anyone else had this problem? The kit appears to be correct, ie indicators included correct model number on the box etc... Putting the fact that the tidy won't go between the pipes to one side , surely all four bolts have to line up ? Is it possible that the wrong tidy has been put in the box at factory?
I'm going to call the place I bought it from today but just thought I would see if anyone else has had similar experience.


Ps. I have the large round ti akras. Has anyone managed to fit r&g between these model of pipes?
