ready for the heat

i live in an area that extremely hot . so i have been summerizing (is that a word) my bike. i added an additonal fan on the right side of the radiator and installed a lower actuating temperature switch. it turns the fans on at 6 bars. next i will changing coolant out to engine ice.

so far the additional fan seems to help. i let my bike idle for about 15 minutes in the garage and it never got above 6 bars. and fans only came on for about 30 seconds. normally after 15 minutes temps would have skyrocketed.

don't know much more then what is written there, never used it myself, as "too hot" is never a problem up here in fooking Siberia...

I think they are already available here from these importers/distributors - and - just need to find a supplier - too late today to find out prices etc
