Had a wee exhaust leak @ the rear cylinder header the other day, thought oh well I'll just replace the gasket, ordered & was here the next day, had one in stock (that's one for the books !!). Took the rear header off & what do I find...... the f'n flange has broken off the header pipe, bugger ,10min job turns to custard. Will post photo once I've taken one,cannot find existing gasket in the hole so buggered if I know weither she had one originally. Taking photo's tonight to send to dealer & having a dig around to see if I can find a gasket.Spoke to dealer & (bike has 48000k's on the clock & nearly 12mths out of warranty) so hopefully they'll repalce it under warranty, I'm getting it welded in the mean time as she'll probably take 5wks for one to turn up, even if I have to pay for it myself (bet it's f'n expensive) I want a new one. Rant over
