#4The primary sprocket cover has got 2 or 3 similar bolts like you're showing.

#7Have you had the water pump apart? There's a bolt that goes in before you put the cover back on which is easy to miss. Also another like that that goes in the same side of the engine, just below the water pump (can't recall what it does) which is also easy to miss, through the inner clutch cover (next to the number 7 on the link below).
