rectifier wiring

Just putting together a 2007 superduke and cant figure out where the two wires with the circular mount go to that come out of the rectifier. Looks like a bolt connector, but cant figure out where. Any help?

One to earth, one to starter relay/battery, from memory but check wiring diagram/parts fiche on here ( don't have access to bike or manuals at moment)

There are three groups of wires coming out. Two of the groups have connectors but the third group is two green with a bolt connection, I am sure they are ground but just dont know what bolt they go to. I cant figure out how to attach a pic, but if you google the retifier you will see the two I am talking about.

I am sure it connects to the same place, so where is that place??
