Removing baffles from akras slip ons

Can see there is a weld on the bolt that holds the baffles in, will an allen key snap the weld off ok? looks just like a tac weld but dont want to round them off and dont really wanna angle grind it off either

Knocked mine off with a chissel! (going across the weld left 2 right) trying with an allem key will just round the bolt off cuz they aint exactly rock hard!!

I just whisked the hacksaw along the weld before undoing it

Superdan they shoud just give iff you are cairfull and yous a nonn worn alan key , the tack is onley soft weld , or I had a stubon one on my SD and did a 1/8 of a tirn with the mole grips first but eney of the advice here will werk .
