removing front mudguard?

it does come out. But I had to pry it out. A bit of gaffa tape to protect things worker a treat.

I was watching but unsure, just remember the eyes are always watching.

Just three bolts either side (5mm allen key I think)

Lift it up and pull through the front, a little tight but it comes out easy.

A 2min job.
