Rotate the stock bars down?

Have any of you ever seen this?



I think those are stock bars rotated down to get more of a clip-on provided race tuck. Outside of moving the controls and what not around is there anything stopping this from being done?

you have to flip them over so the bend works
HMC US used clip ons, but with both the bars hit the tank
