S.D. pissing on my leg

#2So I ride home, pick up my G.F. and off we go to West Virginia to meet up with a few friends. Things a going smoothly, beautiful day, music going in my earphones. About 2 hours in, we hit traffic, I begin to slow down pretty quickly, and my rear brakes feel kinda funny. We come to a stop, and I notice a funny smell as well. I ask the G.F. if she had allowed her leather to touch the exhaust. she says no, and that she smells it too. Then POOF...a large puff of smoke engulfs me. At first I thought it was coming from the exhaust of the car in front of me. I put my left foot down, and it nearly slips out from under me. Hmmm....oily freeway I guess. I look down...and my entire left leg is covered with oil!! Son of a Bitch...not now!! I go over to the birm, and slowly make it to the next exit and pull into a gas staion. Park the bike, take a look, and sure enough, the oil site tube split in half lengthwise. Oil all over the rear tyre, the side of the bike, my leg, the G.F.'s back, EVERYWHERE!! I have a spare piece of tube in my tool bag, but last time i used it, it was a pain in the Ass to put it on, because it was rather rigid, and needed to be heated a bit to go over the barbs. Well...luckily right next door there was an Auto Zone. I go over, buy a piece of chain saw gasoline tube, and replace the old tube. 350 miles later...and holding up like a champ. At first I was afraid the heat would melt it, because it was not as thick as the previous tubing. But I cut it a bit long so it curves slightly away from the oil tank and doesnt touch it. Had it not been for traffic, I probably would of lost all my oil, or worse yet, took an aweful spill on an oil soaked rear wheel

It was too much trouble to put the bike on the charger at home, but it wasn't too much trouble to take the charger down to the station after you already knew it took 4 tries to get the bike started initially. Did you really think riding it in that condition, it would charge itself in 3/4 of a mile?
You owe that lady an apology. Big time. You ought to ba ashamed of yourself instead of braggingg about what a hot headed idiot you are. What is that lady going to think about the rest of us motorcyclists now?
Then you have the arrogance to preach Carma? Did you have your bible with you, also?
Sounds to me like Carma didn't wast any time coming to visit you.

#5Really?? For about 5 cents in electricity?? I would not have had any problem whatsoever if she would have come out and been polite about it and said something like, "Excuse me, we dont allow customers to use our elctricity. No problem, there was another station right next door that I woulda asked. But.....she completely flipped out. All the while...there were some kids using the stations water spigot to hold a car wash. C'mon, I dont owe her shit, its mean ass fookers like the two of you who make this world a shitty place. Apparently most of the people in the store agreed with me. Whatever happened to Help Thy Neighbor? Oh.... and by the way....I did ask an employee behind the register if I could plug in my charger. I did not want to tell the manager that she said I could, because after seeing how much of a bitch she was...I didnt want to get the employee in any trouble. So you sir, can go fook yourself. As far as what she is going to think about motorcyclist? What about what motorcyclists are going to think about gas station managers Don't preach your holier than thou shit to me, if someone needs help, and you can provide it, do it....dont be a mean cunt to the person who needs help. BTW..its Karma...not Carma

It sounds to me she was one of these jobsworths that we all meet from time to time that need to be taking down a peg or two.

#7You agreed to buy your petrol. There was no agreement between the 2 that he could have any free electricity. If you don't like the price you pay there, go somewhere elce. BTW, it's your government's taxes that have the price of your fuel so high.

There are little Mom and Pop places all over closing up because people can't make ends meet in this recession. You stole from someone, then you go off because they say "quit it"?
