Is there anyone on here who can do a schematic for the swing arm pivot?
I know we have a few engineers on here.
I may have a lead on cheap Ti through work but am away at the moment and the machining may happen while I'm away.
I have the axles schematic.
Any help would be appreciated.
What do you want to do mate, make an excentric one?
Let me know and I see if I can help.
An eccentric would be cool, but at the moment, through work I might be able to get cheap Ti and Machining.
If so, I'm going to get as many as I can done.
I'm looking at an eccentric for next season but working away 7 months of the year makes continuity hard.
Looking at it being 20 mm also M19 thread, but as it is hollow there may be room for change as a smaller solid rod at each end may allow for eccentric bushings.
Would you include an insert for the Bursig/MotoMfg lifters in the overall design?
I would, but I think the bushing will have to remain steel for galling and such under load.
I'll ask the guys who know... Unless there is someone on here that knows.
All the Ti part are going to be hard coated to prevent galling.
Bump on this guys.. Does anyone have access to a swingarm pivot bolt to measure for me?
A swingarm pivot shaft in Ti isn't bringing much to the table as it's sprung weight. Now Ti axles would be awesome!

.
While I get the axles done i may be able get the pivot as well.
It may all come to nothing anyway...
