SD990 stalls after 7 min idle

Hi! Tried to find an answer for my problem by google but couldn't find one: I just changed the stock air filter to Rottweiler box and got rid of the 2nd butterflies and the shafts. The bike has Power Commander 5. Full Remus exhaust system. I took the 02-sensors off with tuneECU.

Now when i try to do the 15 min reset the bike lowers the idle speed and after 7 minutes it stalls!! I tried it three times and every time same thing. It is placed in front of the dynometer fans so the heat stays low enough. Any ideas??

Have you not changed the map to suit the new set up?

Why not just change the map with the recomended TuneECU maps available and experiment the 15min reset.

My map was adjusted/fine tuned on the dyno using tune ecu only over the upgraded map and no problem was found.

My dyno guy wasn't keen on tuning the bike with Tune ECU and basically said that he will work only on PowerCommander. And I got it quite cheap so thats how I go.

But i didn't get to do the 15 minutes reset because the motor stalls. Today i found out that the regulator and stator are broken. So that is probably why it isn't working at the moment.
