SD 06 muffler cracked! Warranty?

Today I've ridden my SD06 through a road-malformation at 120-130 km/h. It felt like a little ditch on the road, but I've didn't seen it ahead. The U-profile metal rod fell off, left a big hole on the right side of the muffler and a hole melt on the plastic profile too from the gas. The seat damaged too from the flue gas. Some kms later the left one fell off too, leaving big hole on the muffler again.. So be careful with the big holes/ditches on the road! Is it maybe a warranty problem?

They are really heavy those standard silencers , luckly they go cheap on E Bay every so often.
It must be worth showing to your local KTM dealer to see if he will replace it though as the mountings should be upto holding the weight of the silencer.
