Ok, I have a scanned copy of the conversion instructions, it's good for both 05-06 and 07 onwards conversions.
It's useful to reference the front page for part numbers as some of the numbers in the actual instructions don't always marry up but it's easy enough to figure it all out.
If somebody has a way of hosting the file for download then let me know your email and perhaps we can stick it in a How To thread.
I copied the whole thing so it has Deutsch, English, Italiano, Francais & Espanol languages.
