#6If your that short another option is to change the rear spring to a shorter slightly harder one and than push the forks through the triple clamps to the 2 line or so.
And also buy the Gel seat or get the std seat redone and covered.
That would give quite a bit off the seat height.
I'm short too and use the pirate leg technique at the lights as well.
But I don't mind it so much that I would need to change the ride geometry.
