Shock absorber problem?

Cleaning the bike yesterday i noticed a moist of oil on the rebound damping screw.
Cleaned it and the next day the same shit happened.
Why is that happening and how can i fix or maybe go to a WP specialist?
On the screw tap there are to small holes maybe to screw the cap.
Tighten them or no?
Any ideas, welcomed!
