Shortening Akras? anyone done it..

I actually prefer the original in those pics. My pipes are the long round probably original design and they stick out like a long load sign on a mack truck.

I figure if I cut them shorter then putting the bungs back in should equal the noise increase back to normal without he bungs pre-shortening. Hopefully..

I was gonna go shorter as well but didn't want
the CF hanger to interfer with the band at the end.

It was exactly 3" chop.

i cut my round ones and took pictures along the way.i think i cut 5 off of mine. i would post them but havnt figure it out yet. but i can email them to you if you pm me. i think their perfect. total lenght nowis 11 1/2 inches.
