smoothness of first gear

Hi, firstly you shouldn't be using 20-w50 oil.. If you hold the clutch in for a minute of so [while the bike warms up] you will find first gear goes in smoothly most of the time. Don't pussy foot around ether, just put in in like you meen it, being to gentle gear lever will make the gears grate against each other rather than slot into place
