snatchy throttle...... fuel difference?

Right had a decent ride yesterday, and found the often mentioned part throttle stutter.... found it hard to ride in traffic at a constant throttle at roughly 30-40 mph..... now i didnt notice this much previously and i filled up at my local BP garage before i set off.... thought id be generous and filled up with the top octane stuff they do,ultimate in the uk (98 ron)..... reason for this post is to ask if anyone has noticed a difference in the throttle stutter by useing different fuels?.... my previous buell used to pink like hell in hot weather, ultimate sorted that out and it seemed to run smoother too.... mow my car hates the stuff, runs really crap with poor throttle responce, had it mapped for shell optimax (98 ron) and its a flyer, many other impreza owners standard and modded have noted the same responce when changing over to different fuels...... shell have reently introduced v power here in the uk,which is now 99 ron,and from the first tankfull the car did indeed feel better, with less knock reported,so i could run more boost quite safely..... im gona try some different fuels to see if i can improve the superdukes throttle responce that way before i fit the leo inci's and a remap.... the 16t sprocket and gear sensor removal did not eradicate it so will try that.... the light throttle action itself does not help, but its a niggle id like to sort...... any one report any improvment on different juice and if so what octane was it....... 95 reccomended in the handbook but always thought the higher end stuff was better, maybe not?

No....... that was in regard to octane and power.... not interested in that as without any tuning mods no matter what super duper octane fuel you put in the tank no extra power will be given..... im more interested in the way different fuels affect the smoothness of the engine, and poss help to eradicate the poor part throttle snatchiness that can occure....... my bike never stalls, but its poor at slow speed/part throttle operating conditions

i did read that thread before posting this btw
