Superduke does not start

Bike was outside one week without use and now I tried to start it and nothing happens

I have tried several times and battery seems to be pretty empty.
I can here that there is ignitioning but I cant tell whether both cylinders work.

I got akra mapping couple of weeks ago and after that sometimes engine stopped when I pressed the clutch.

Any ideas what should I do next?
