#6I got a Radguard from Aussie and it fouled the steering damper so I couldn't use it ... The guard needs to sit very tight to the radiator curve - if it also covered the tanks at either end it would be perfect!
$80 is a great price by the way...

#13Piece of cardboard to use as a template...lay cardboard of the mesh and trace around it. Cut to shape.
I utilise a soft double sided foam to cushion the mesh from the radiator to eliminate and chances of ribbing which could lead to a leak.
I attach the guard with cable/zip ties.
Job takes 20mins start to finish....30mins if you spray paint the mesh black like I do.
