duke990998, here i come to stir up some stuff, I will give you my rendition of the questionable nature of your beliefs, I have noticed you from the start.
now take this with a grain of salt, nothing personal here..... KTM is a professionally managed corporation with all kinds of checks and balances.
They employ some of the most advanced methods of engineering and development on the face of this planet,
very high technology is incorporated in thare assembly and final product line quality control, checks and test are done before it is shipped out for retail sales.
there may indeed be a unacceptable problem in the final product release? One that the dealers are subject to be properly trained and certified as such in fixing .
(not left up to us mere mortals).the tool that you are so hung up on in here is for many Millennium of bikes built,
it does not mean it is for our bikes just cos it is thare. You my man, may be the SD god? just remember you are not the first nor the last.
here is the difference between you and I, I have much faith that KTM got it right, too much time and $$ to not have.
(they also are a public company, they are watching us, we can and have invested into the corporation, the KTM). LIVE IT.
I will not jump to conclusions until I have a thorough knowledge of what it is that is wrong, no accusations, no blame game.
You on the other hand have arrived by a whisp of smoke, assuming that you know? what is the matter?
(joe seriously doubts this is the problem cos it is too easy), but I am open to suggestions.
You may be correct and joe is not saying you are wrong, but in these Royal Halls, all are watching, be able to back up what you say or do not say it,
this is why we have a edit button and I have a delete button, we will always say things we are not sure of but need to think of damage control.
joe is in no way or fashion trying to belittle you, I am saying until the numbers are in, the proof is in the pudding. lets eat.
