#5the fuel pump will foul and does not allow you to close the tank down, the 07-08-09 fuel pump is smaller. This item costs 250 quidleys.
You can however switch the pump round by turning it 180 degrees and using more rubber tubing. So I have been told....

#6I'm sure my dealer told me the tank for the 07 bike onwards doesn't fit the 05/06 frame!!!!???
mebbe it's to do with the fuel pump but I'd check for sure!
