I think we ought to start a thread about the good and not so good KTM dealers, highlighting the ones who gives good service and the ones that don't, and our experiences with them.
At the moment it can be a bit of a lottery, unless you've had past experience with them or know someone who has.
Perhaps we could start a feedback rating like ebay so we know who to use and who to avoid, after all we pay quite high for our KTMs and service work on them, so it would be nice to know we're taking them to the best place we possibly can in our particular locality.
A star rating for things like workmanship, customer care, communication, and prices could all prove very useful.
