Throttle body balance at certain rpm

I know you would typically always synchronize throttle body openings at idle, but i notice they move slightly out of balance from idle to 4k. Since i do most of my touring at 4k+ rpm why wouldnt i want to sync at that rpm...?

That darn screw is SENSITIVE ! It is also imperative to blip the throttle after turning screw, the minute pressure exerted while turning the screw does affect the sync reading(which will change once throttle is blipped)

I'm using a liquid balance tube.

At idle is the way to do it. At low RPM the out of balance is most noticable, higher up the rev range it should theoretically stay more or less in tune unless the mechanism is worn out.
