Throttle body balance vs other settings?

Looking for some informed opinion about my problem opening throttle following hard braking.

Prior to the bike going into the dealer last year I had used the bike at Snetterton. As always the throttle response and fuelling had felt perfect.

When the bike was in the dealer having a few regular things done, plugs, oil etc they checked the throttle body balance and found them to be “way out.” Following them being balanced I’ve had this poxy problem.

From the position of the butterflies they look to be correctly balanced. The dealer has also checked them and assures me the equipment is in good order. They added a tube onto the front cylinder pick off point which is now plugged. This tube does appear to be air tight – but I’ve asked for it to be removed anyway.

QUESTION: Is it possible that those throttle bodies had always been out of balance but something else was adjusted to compensate and therefore make the bike work well?

The TPS voltages appear to be spot on
