Throttle response.

So I've had a search on this site looking at how to smooth out throttle response and there seems to be a number of ways to do this,
Remove secondary butterflies
Fit a later throttle cam? ( couldn't work out from what bike)
New map from tuneecu

So which is my best option or combination of options?

By the way the bike is bog stock
