rigga
Just fitted a Toby steering damper and its is raining, so not had a chance to use.
I thought you may be interested to hear about the quality and fit.
First of all, I know the arguments for and against a steering damper. If nothing else it's a personal choice to have the added piece of mind.
External quality; a friend with a motorcycle workshop orderd the damper for me, he is very impressed with the quality of finish. I had asked for a gold coloured one, a blue one arrived. The blue goes well with orange.
Operational quality; another friend who has raced ex AMA Ducati's, now he builds his own race bikes and uses Toby steering dampers. He likes the operational quality and price and as he tells me, so do some GP teams.
Fit; easy and looks fine.
Cost £240.
