top end work

Has anyone done any top end work on the 1290 yet? I don't see any cams available. I could always have a weldup set done but would prefer something already being made. It's not worth much to get a port/polish/valves unless I'm dropping in some cams as well, imo.

Anyone have any experiences yet?
