Torqued Out

I've been guessing how tight to make fasteners and am thinking about getting a torque wrench for things like the collar nut on the rear wheel spindle. It looks like the manual specifies anywhere from 3 Nm to 180 Nm for various fasteners. I can't imagine using a torque wrench on everything specified (and don't want to buy multiple torque wrenches to cover the range).

What fasteners do you use a torque wrench for?

We all should use one more, but most the time I just feel it out to make sure it is tight and check about once weekly to make sure. Mine gets riden most days on short trips to work. Before a long ride I go over just about everthing with a 1/4 drive ratchet. If I use a larger ratchet for the smaller stuf I would break bolts off all the time.
