Tune Boy with standard pies?

Yes and no. As far as I can tell the tunes available are all stock so unless you intend the play/have access to a dyno, there is little point until TB gets the PCIII emulation working properly. Once that's done you will be able to load PCIII trims to the ECU.

Meanwhile if you feel brave you can try various tweaks, but the only real benefit is you can adjust the idle speed and rev limit. If you are not competent stay well clear!
There is 1 modified tune from Tuneboy "990 SuperDuke,Dyno tuned with standard pipes (Off road use only, Not using O2 sensor) "

Basically they've taken an akra map & dyno tuned it for the stock exhaust. I think BigThumpa may have used it, but now he's sold his bike. You may still be able to get in touch with him to get some feedback on this tune.
