Turn ignition key and nothing

Hi, hopefully someone will be to shed some light on this.......... I've just finished rebuilding my Superduke R and when i turn the key theres nothing, no lights no cluster and wont start. The battery is fully charged and when you hook it up you can hear somethigthing clicking for a few seconds like it usally does. Im sure all the plugs are in correctly and there are no blown fuses. So where should i be looking first, any ideas???
