Hi Robbo, I'm sure you've see the other recent posts on tyres.
If you just use her on the road then you best off to go for a road biased tyre. I run Pirelli Strada's back & front and I never found the limits of them. But them I am not the worlds fastest rider. (Here a good review on the Strada. )
Michelin Pilot Road2 or Bridgestone 021's will similarly be good.
But if you are a very fast or agressive rider you might want to look at the Pilot CT2's or Metzerler M3's will suit you better ()
