Its not dealer wide this small minded attitude,as mine was completly happy to load the uprated map with my Leo's fitted... just some that have a bad attitude


Legislation is called block excemption by the way....... you cannot carry out the servicing yourself,any work must be carried out by a vat registered company with oe spec parts to the manufactures specified service schedule...

I've had no problems at my dealer either, but my original comment on another thread that probably started this one was this, just check with your dealer first that there will be no waranty issues before you fit slip ons to a new bike. It's only a simple question and could save you aggro if/when a waranty claim arrises. The law maybe on your side, but do you want to wait weeks/months/years for a point of law to be faught out?
