Water in clocks

My 07 SDR has had the same problem, when I showed it to my dealer he said that it was normal as the clocks are similar to the ones on the off road KTM models and are designed to let moisture in and out.
The clocks did clear of condensation between rides or if dry.
It is Summer here now and the clocks are as clear as a bell.
I would be interested if this does become a warranty issue.

I took a hair dryer to them and after about 5 minutes the water evaporated and the clocks are clear

Unfortunately i've had the same problem on my SDR,my clocks are full of condensation after washing my bike down,they do clear after a couple of days though.
I informed my dealer who assure's me it's all OK and not to worry,i'm not convinced but will wait and see what the long term effects might be and if necessary will return them before the warranty expires.

Yes I have an 2007 and live in Canada, you could bring it to my dealer but the clocks might be full of salt water by then!!
