According to Wiki, a litre of avgas (close enough to normal petrol) weighs 0.72kg

So that means Visordown's bike would weigh 420lbs on an empty tank (18.5l tank). Or 191kgs (2.2lbs to the kg).

If Visordown's article is with a completely full tank and petrol does weight 0.72kg/l, then the test bike would weigh about 184kg (405lb) as the fuel weighs 0.72 x 18.5 = 13.3kg.
