I've been using them for a while, tried moving them up to max height and furthest away recently but didn't like it, just squashed my legs up too much so am moving them back down.
I have them set one hole down from the top hole and one forward from the furthest hole.
I've been using like that for a while with some different pegs and haven't had my pegs down yet.
IF they ever do touch then I'll put them back one higher and further for track use only.
