i hawe see many exhaust and the akro it's to expensive then others and not beautiful

Simple....warranty and performance gains.
Agreed, they are way too dear but other cans may invalidate the warranty - and it would be very hard to change them back so the dealer doesn't see if you break down 50 miles from home on a wet, cold night !!!!
